  2. Ok I admit it. That is insane. But don't say that all Christian denominations do this. This could never happen at a Catholic school.

At Church the preist made the point of saying that it is vital not to cast judgement. He read about Jesus made it clear that we were not to judge.

If I ever came off as being judgemental I apologize, I'm just doing what little I can to stand up for the rights of unborn children. I'm far from perfect.

  3. Ha. I don't know who let Matt in, but I was already about to post the following comment all about how I am NOT outraged because I have fucking outrage-fatigue over the bullshit that religious schools, INCLUDING CATHOLIC SCHOOLS, pull on a regular basis. Here is just a sampling, which I was already going to post and which is solely things I remembered from recent news off the top of my head -- in other words, there's probably bunches I missed:

  4. Thanks PS. I couldn't figure out how to allow only the first portion of Matt's comment, but thanks a million for addressing the latter portion. Whether or not the church teaches tolerance, religious institutions are not bound to adhere. Imagine that; religious people shirking their religious obligations!

This is not a debate forum -- there are hundreds of other sites for that. This is a safe space for abortion care providers and one that respects the full spectrum of reproductive choices; comments that are not in that spirit will either wind up in the spam filter or languish in the moderation queue.
